Fraud Text Alerts

If we detect a suspicious transaction on your card, we'll let you know immediately by text (message and data rates may apply).  First Federal strives to make sure using your debit card is safe and convenient.  The first time a suspicious transaction occurs, you will receive a text asking you to Opt-in.  If you do, the new system will then send you a text to verify the suspicious transaction automatically.  You simply text back to the system YES or NO if you made the transaction.  Just one more way we are working to protect your money and keep you first with us.

Access your savings 24/7 at an ATM with First Federal’s First Cash Card.  Available with regular savings accounts only.

Personalized Debit Card

My Card, My Way is the perfect way to personalize your debit card.  Simply upload your favorite picture, and use it as the background on your card.  There is a $10.00 Personalized Debit Card fee that will be deducted from your checking account after placing the order.  The replacement fee for a lost or damaged card is $20.00.  For more information, view our Frequently Asked Questions.

Mobile Wallet - Load. Tap. Pay.

First Federal proudly introduces a safer way to pay.  Checkout with a wave of your mobile device using Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay® or Google Pay®. By linking your First Federal debit card to one of these digital payment options you can shop in-store, in-app or online from the convenience and security of your mobile device.  To get started, follow the easy instructions below or for more information, read the Terms and Conditions.

Download your preferred mobile wallet app and follow the instructions on the app.  Once your download is complete, tap the Mobile Wallet app icon on your device.  You will enter your card details for the card you wish to set up.  After the card is added, you will then follow the verification set up to make sure it’s really you.  Once verified, your card is now successfully set up in the Mobile Wallet app and ready for use.
