Download the First Federal MS FirstWithUs App in your phone’s app store. 2. If you are registered with our Online Banking, use your Online Banking username and password to login. 3. Mobile Deposits

- What is a Mobile Deposit?
Mobile Deposit lets you deposit a check to your First Federal account by taking a picture with your smartphone.
- Is there a fee for using this service?
Mobile Deposit is FREE for First Federal customers. We recommend contacting your mobile service provider to inquire about cellular data fees.
- How does Mobile Deposit work?
Mobile Deposit is a service within the ‘First With Us’ mobile app. You can download the app by searching for ‘First With Us’ in the app store. Use your online banking login in the app and select ‘Deposit’ from the menu at the bottom of your screen and follow the system prompts to make a deposit.
- Is there a limit on the amount I can deposit through my smartphone?
Yes. The maximum check amount you can deposit is $500.00. The maximum combined deposit cannot be more than $2,500.00 per day. If you have a check over $500.00 to deposit, please contact Mobile Deposit Services at First Federal during regular business hours to request an increase in your deposit limits.
- Do I have to endorse my check?
Yes. All Mobile Deposits must be endorsed ‘For Mobile Deposit Only’ on the back of the check.
- When will the funds be credited to my account?
Mobile deposits are usually available in two business days. Times may vary based on business hours, holidays, and weekends. Checks received for deposit are subject to the terms and conditions of First Federal’s deposit agreement. Deposits may not be available for immediate withdrawal.
- How will I know if my deposit was successful?
You can click ‘view mobile deposit history’ on the app to see accepted, pending, and failed deposits.
- What should I do with my check after completing a Mobile Deposit?
We recommend you retain the paper check for 30 days.
- What if my Mobile Deposit failed?
If you have a problem with a mobile deposit transaction or the deposit failed, you may bring the check into the branch for assistance.
- Is Mobile Deposit safe and secure?
Yes. Our mobile app uses industry-high standards to safeguard personal information, including multi-factor authentication for identity verification.
